DELIVERY POLICY

At Funmi Aderinokun LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of our delivery process. Below, you will find our delivery policy, which outlines how we manage the delivery of our services and related deliverables.

1. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Initial Consultation: Upon acceptance of the proposal and signing of the contract, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss the project details and timelines.
  • Project Milestones: The project will be divided into specific milestones, each with a clearly defined delivery date. These milestones and their respective delivery dates will be outlined in the service contract.
  • Final Delivery: The final deliverables will be provided upon completion of the project, once all milestones have been achieved, and the client is satisfied and has approved all work.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely Provision of Materials: The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, including images, text, and other content, within 7 business days from the start of the project. Any delay in providing these materials may result in an adjusted project timeline and additional fees.
  • Approval and Feedback: The client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals for each milestone to ensure the project stays on schedule.

3. Delivery Methods

  • Digital Deliverables: All deliverables, such as branding materials, website designs, and reports, will be delivered electronically via email, cloud storage, or other agreed-upon digital delivery methods.
  • Physical Deliverables: If any physical deliverables are required, they will be shipped to the client’s specified address. Shipping costs and methods will be discussed and agreed upon prior to shipment.

4. Delays and Adjustments

  • Client-Induced Delays: If the client causes any delays by not providing necessary materials or feedback within the agreed timelines, Funmi Aderinokun LLC reserves the right to adjust the project timeline accordingly.
  • Service Provider-Induced Delays: If Funmi Aderinokun LLC anticipates any delays in delivering the services or milestones, we will notify the client as soon as possible and work to establish a revised delivery schedule.

5. Acceptance of Deliverables

  • Review Period: Upon delivery of each milestone and final deliverable, the client will have 7 business days to review and provide feedback or approval. If no feedback is provided within this period, the deliverable will be considered accepted.
  • Revisions: If revisions are required, Funmi Aderinokun LLC will work with the client to make the necessary adjustments as per the terms outlined in the service contract.
  • Final Approval: The project will only be considered complete and the final deliverables will be handed over once the client is satisfied and has approved all work.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Project Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation by the client, any payments already made are non-refundable, and the client will be responsible for any outstanding balances for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Session Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time.
