Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered or work has commenced. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our commitment and how we handle any issues that may arise.
Services and Non-Refundable Payments
- Consultation and Branding Services
- All payments made for our consultation and branding services are non-refundable. Once a consultation session has been conducted or branding work has commenced, we consider the service delivered.
- Pre-Paid Packages and Subscriptions
- Payments made for pre-paid packages, subscriptions, or ongoing support services are also non-refundable. We advise clients to fully understand the scope of our services before committing to any packages or subscriptions.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Consultation Sessions
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.
- Ongoing Support Services
- For clients enrolled in our ongoing support services, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. Any unused portion of the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
